Marco is the third son of Ciccio and Marinella.
Since 2013 Marco is the Executive Chef of the Restaurant Da Ciccio and his dishes are the expression of a strong bond with the territory: the seasonality of crops from Ciccio’s organic farm, the freshness of the fish and the balance in technique are the hallmarks of his hand.
Our bread deserves a mention. Bread, breadsticks and focaccia are prepared at home every day, with quality flours and sourdough.
Baked after a long natural leavening, when the loaf is cut, for a moment everything in the kitchen stops, to listen to the sound of the crust and to smell the aroma that is released
I dream that our guests can enjoy the authentic scents and flavors that are the expression of a stretch of the coast rich in history and traditions.
